Building simulation is a very helpful tool for Anex in dimensioning and optimizing building services equipment. We see that more and more architects can provide BIM models and we are committed to a better information exchange through modeling. I had great expectations from abstractBIM and I was not disappointed. The program takes a lot of extra manual work from us and does it in a very short time. Abstract's adaptation algorithm closes the existing gap in the consistent use of BIM models for simulation purposes. This simplifies the simulation of large and complex projects many times over. You also become more flexible and faster in the simulation, as you can add or remove geometries (zones) with just a few mouse clicks.

The use of abstractBIM was the "enabler" to be able to evaluate competition entries from different architects with our "Early Stage Design" tool.
