Status Quo: You receive an IFC model that you didn't build, in a state you can't predict and before you can simulate, calculate, or analyze, you'd normally fix it manually. Every time. From scratch. From 2D plans, the spaces, windows, and doors of five multifamily buildings were modeled in a single day and when abstracted.
